About Clearwax
Hi! I’m Geralyn. I'm a Registered Nurse and I am deeply passionate about the impact of auditory health on social connectivity and the profound difference it can make in reducing feelings of isolation and overall well-being. I am devoted to delivering exceptional care to my clients by using the latest techniques and equipment to ensure a gentle and effective cleaning process in removing ear wax build up. My mission is to leave you feeling clean, refreshed, and with a better sense of hearing.

My expertise in ear health is supported by completing the Essential Ear Microsuction Training (EEMT) course, recognised by both the New Zealand Audiology Society and the Australian College of Audiology. With over a decade of clinical experience, I honed my skills across various settings, including aged care facilities, District Health Board and currently working in Emergency Department.

Outside the clinical environment, I indulge in creative pursuits like portrait photography, along with hands-on DIY projects. Music has recently struck a chord in me, leading me to explore the ukulele. Leisurely afternoons find me at the beach either riding the waves on a boogie board or delving into the latest self-help literature. My zest for life extends to long scenic drives, the rustic charm of glamping, and the joy of discovering new places.
